NEW - House of Grace – Christian Coffeehouse at Grace Lutheran

As of October 14th, 2006, we have a new ministry at Grace – our Christian Coffeehouse - House of Grace.  It’s mission is to provide the community with a Christ-centered music venue where folks can come to experience great live rock and roll with a Christian message, fellowship, Fair Trade coffee, snacks and most importantly, the joy of Jesus Christ. This is a true alternative to the bar scene.  House of Grace is run out of the social hall at Grace Lutheran. The social hall is a great room that can comfortably accommodate 125 people. It has a full service, professional kitchen, and a full stage with lighting.  House of Grace is open from 7-10pm on the 2nd and 4th Saturday’s of every month.  Admission is FREE!

See our coffeehouse website for more information and schedule of live bands – www.house-of-grace.com.

UPDATE:

House of Grace has been enjoying a great fall, with plenty of awesome bands, worthy causes and good crowds!  Check out the upcoming lineup…

On November 8th, we will have a repeat performance by “Messenger”.  Check them out at www.stlukesobelisk.com/messenger.  Great bunch of people with a great sound and lots of fun!

The proceeds from that night will go to Camphill Village of Kimberton.  This is a vibrant farming and handcrafting community that includes adults with developmental disabilities. Kimberton Hills residents, living and working side by side, create a dynamic and caring community for people of all ages and varied abilities. Please come out and support their village, while you are enjoying the music.

On November 22nd, we are happy to welcome back “61 South”.  They are a great group of guys (and Kate!) that have been to the coffeehouse a few times and they ROCK the house with some great blues!!  You can check them out at www.myspace.com/61southblues.

Come on out and join us for many great nights of awesome music, yummy snacks and great fellowship!
